From a size 36 pants, down to size 32. Lost 34lbs in 4 months!
Before working with Wagner I had spent the last 12 years of my 46 years taking care of the family. All I did was work, eat and sleep. Sure I got serious at times. I ate a few salads, cut back on portions and even "worked out." Before I realized it I was wearing very tight 36" waist pants, smoking 11/2 packs of cigarette's a day and minimal activity. Walking my 210 lbs around was my exercise of the day along with taking my high blood pressure medication and high cholesterol medication. My wife and decided we needed a change during the 08 Christmas holidays.
So on New Years Eve 09 I smoked my last smoke and during the first week went to Lifestyles to see what they had to offer. We took the tour and was introduced to Wagner. I agreed to meeting with him for an evaluation test. I knew I was out of shape but did not realize just how bad. Just walking up the stairs to the treadmills increased my heart rate drastically and after 2 minutes on the treadmill my heart rate climbed even more and I was gulping air. Wagner was very concerned and I knew right then this was serious.
I knew I had no stamina to endure one of Wagner's workouts. I dedicated myself for the first month with increasing time on the cross trainer 6 days a week. And with Wagner's diet plan I lost 8 - 10 lbs just in 4 weeks. at this point I was doing a minimum of 30 minutes on the cross trainer, able to control my breathing and maintain my heart rate in a normal range for my age.
I signed up to workout with Wagner 3 days a week. To say this has been easy it was not but the result is awesome. I weigh 176 lbs. I feel great, I like the way I look and can even wear my son’s 32" waist pants easily. I feel I am in better shape today then I was years ago in the Marine Corps.
Thanks Wagner for challenging me and for helping me get into a new Lifestyle. I can't wait for Phase 2!
